Hi, I'm Ram, a Principal Systems Engineer at Microsoft. I enjoy tackling system-level problems across silicon, firmware, and operating systems, and I'm especially interested in designing and developing software that makes complex systems work better.
Work
I lead SoC core power and performance development in Microsoft's Silicon & Systems group. My work includes platform bring-up, software design and development, and cross-team collaboration to bring silicon designed for Microsoft AI to life. Before Microsoft, I spent nearly six years at Qualcomm working across a range of technologies.
Things I Do Outside Work
In the spare moments I can find, I rotate between making things, getting outside, flying the drone, and unwinding with a game.
